Knoxville, tn 37920 Review of Bullet boats: Manufacturer of Bullet Bass Boats

Knoxville, Tennessee (TN) became the birthplace of Bullet Boats, Inc. A handful of craftsman came together in 1980 to create a new boat brand of 20ft to 21ft bass fishing boats. The creative process to make fishing boats to a higher standard of hand- made quality has been a very satisfying. Not rushing the process or trying to mass produce, they quietly started to plan, design and create a quality product. Craftsman tha t appreciated hand work, and are willing to pay painstaking attention to detail as the bass boats came together under that watchful care. Pride in workmanship evolved as they developed the quality bass boat line they would present to a discerning public.

Starting small and keeping the work in hand, using a method of "sandwich core" construction. The process allows them to make precise calculations on weight of the glass fabrics in any area of the new boat. End- grained balsa wood is also used in different thicknesses to help with the load and different stresses the boat is subject to. Careful application of the resin helps to keep that weight in line as well as avoid other problems. As you look more into the constructions processes that are used in the Bullet line you will be impressed at the care that is taken to create such a quality bass boat for a superior performance.
