The Alerion Express 38 remains faithful to the concept that single-handing is an important capability, yet it offers considerably more interior space and a larger cockpit than her smaller sisters.
The traditional topsides are coupled with an advanced underbody and an advanced rig. The full-roach mainsail on a carbon-fiber mast is efficient and effective; single-line reefing lets you adjust on the fly when the wind pipes up. And the self-tacking jib boom allows efficient use of the jib on all points of sail.

The gracefully contoured cockpit comfortably seats as many as eight or lets you stretch out with a book. As helmsman, you'll reign supreme in the separate rear cockpit where electric winches and complete control are right at hand.

Down below, the full head and galley provide everything you need for a weekend cruise. The balanced use of teak, holly, and traditional paneling brings the same relaxed feel of the cockpit into the cabin.
