The Sisu 22 is the latest addition to the Eastern line of Boats. Originally designed by Royal Lowell, Sisu Boats were built for over thirty years in New Hampshire and in Canada. The basic design has proven to be one of the best small sea boats ever built, and modern composite materials plus a couple of design tweaks have made this great design even better. Sisu is a Finnish word that means stamina, fortitude, and "guts". The Sisu 22 is aptly named. Bringing this heritage together with Eastern’s reputation for quality construction creates an ideal boat for cruising or fishing. The cabin offers shelter, a V-berth, and a portable toilet without compromising cockpit space and utility. Choose a traditional framed "bassboat" windshield with Bimini top at the helm or an open-sided hardtop pilothouse. An economical 115-hp four-stroke outboard is all the power this new Sisu model needs for great real-world performance.
