The Legacy inboard jet does come loaded with features, but don't get us wrong, it performs superbly. That's largely due to the fact that we didn't spare a thing in the performance department. It's built with a 14 degree hull, 72" bottom and 33" sides. The Legacy is powered by a GM 350 MPI V-8 engine and a Hamilton 212 Turbo jet pump that makes getting from Point A to Point B faster than you'd expect from a boat that weighs slightly over 3,000 pounds. The combination of the 14 degree hull and wide bottom, coupled with Weldcraft's industry-setting engineering, give the Legacy handling capabilities unlike other boats in its class. Come to think of it, the Legacy is in a class by itself.
