Research 2016 - Windy Boats - 48 Triton

The Hi-Tec Windy 48 Triton combines all the benefits of an advanced hull design from Windy's multi award wining design team with the latest techniques in vacuum moulding technology now standard on all Windy's Motor Yachts. This means that not only is the boat exceptional in offshore conditions but is much stronger yet substantially lighter, which in turn means it is significantly more economical to run with a higher top speed and greater cruising range.

When you first drive the Triton you will immediately notice just how excellent the forward vision is, improved still further by the level ride and shape of the deck. Add to this the positioning of the instruments, comfort of the helm seat and the quiet and reassuring ride of the hull and you'll understand why Windys have the reputation as the number 1 drivers boat. Either IPS or sterndrive engine installations are available: the choice is yours.

The closed wheelhouse option means that the upper deck also doubles as a light and spacious saloon. With the large electric sunroof open and the cockpit doors wide you're free to enjoy the full benefits on the sun's warm rays. The easy access to the lower deck leads to a beautifully equipped, hand crafted galley.

On the starboard side is a welcoming saloon with deep comfortable seats. The three sleeping cabins are serviced by two spacious shower /heads compartments.
