28' classic freshwater double planked mahogany 28' Owens powered by twin 327 chevy inboards. Loaded with features. This boat has been out of the water for 2 years. Unlike most boats of its age it had a very short list of imperfections and a long long list of whats working like new. The boat being out of the water for 3 years does require that the boat hull be re painted. There is some mildew building up. We will clean it up again this spring.
