This Viking 43 “BAMA GIRL TOO” is an ultimate sport fishing machine with all the luxuries. She is powered by economical 485 horsepower twin 6-71 TI Detroit turbo-charged diesels, both with less than 600 hrs on rebuild.
For landing big-game catches the 43’s spacious 113 sq. ft. cockpit stands ready, loaded with all the well thought out sport fishing features from Viking, including a built in 8 drawer tackle center with chill box, bait prep area; transom door and eight foot long fish well. A flybridge that sets standards for space and design with its ergonomical wrap around helm that keeps instruments in your natural line of sight along with all the electronics to get the job done.
For entertainment she offers a lavish teak appointed salon, built in accoutrements include an expansive L-shaped lounge (with convertible bed), breakfast bar, and a complete entertainment center including Bose surround sound. A convenient one step down galley (with all the amenities) creates an unobstructed sense of space. Just one more step down you have a comfortable teak appointed quest stateroom with a full size hanging locker and upper and lower berths. Moving forward to port you’ll find a stackable Kenmore washer and dryer in enclosed cabinetry, to starboard is what you want in a head, large shower, mirrored vanity and ample storage. Forward again you’ll find a luxurious master stateroom with a walk around queen sized bed, two full length cedar lined teak lockers and a private entry to head.

Both 6-71 Detroits have been overhauled (Port in Nov. 2005 and only has approx. 565 hours / Starboard in May 2006 and only has approx. 450 hours), new in 2008 Panda Fischar 8.0 KW Generator with only 42 hours.
