This boat is not Land Locked. It is on the Tennessee River and can be delivered anywhere.

This boat is loaded with everything you will need for a day, week, month or year cruise. The first thing you will notice is the LIGHT color tones in the main cabin that give you an open and airy feeling. There are tons of tinted windows with CUSTOM shades for you to let the sun in or out. Sit down and relax in one of the recliners and watch your favorite show on the large 32” flat screen. The galley is nearby with all amenities including a side by side fridge and pantry. You will have four beds and more TVs to relax with on this HOUSEBOAT. No worries with the central AC/Heat and CO2 systems. An awesome feature to mention is the Atlantis Purasan Filtration System. You will spend most of your time on the open flybridge with lounge furniture, Weber Grill, Wet Bar, Satellite and Fridge with ice maker. It’s also setup for a hot tub.
