Polar Boats start with a performance proven hull and strong all composite fiberglass construction. Then tough carbon fiber is added in high stress areas. Our experienced craftsmen laminate the hull to our one-piece Torque-Grid stringer system. Open areas of the hull are filled with closed cell floatation foam and then the fiberglass inner liner deck is bonded to the stringers and sealed to prevent leaks and squeaks. We use only homogenous composite materials to make sure materials bond both mechanically and chemically. This true one-piece construction is then adorned with stainless steel and brass fixtures to ensure boat owners a lifetime of use.
