Another case of "you asked for it and we listened" from Gator Trax! The Hybrid available in both 50" and 54" bottoms, is a great way to keep dry on rougher seas and still get super shallow.
It is now also offered in our Big Water Editions in 62" and 70" bottoms with 21" sides!
The Modified V on the bottom only appears on the actual rake of the boat, which is out of the water. This allows the boat to have a flat bottom when going skinny and a wave cutter when traversing rougher seas.
The Hybrid is a great hull for traversing rough water and still having the ability to get super shallow when you need to.
The V Rake stays out of the water and will not inhibit shallow water performance, but it WILL divert water from waves or boat wakes out to the sides instead of up and over the bow.
