Crest is a high quality pontoon manufacturer that uses high quality construction materials to build the best pontoon boats..bar none. Other pontoon manufactures’ that claim to make high end boats can not compete with the Crest Pontoons especially when it comes to chassis design. Believe it or not some manufactures actual do not want you to cross waves at a diagonal because it puts too much strain on their chassis!!!!! Any experienced boater knows that crossing the waves at a diagonal is the smoothest ride so it is only a matter a time before a poor design chassis will fail!!!!!!!! Crest pontoons are so well made that one corner can be jacked up and the other corner will go up with it….that’s how stiff and strong the chassis is!!!!!!!! Dare to compare---look at the weight of the boat…..what are the other guys leaving off??? The other guys will say that their boat is faster…..if they are lighter they will be faster, but which boat do you want your grandchildren to be on when a storm kicks up?
Bennington- nice design with good furniture, but very average chassis
Premier- Nice but basic designs and quality that keep it out the upper class
Bentley- Average, colorful but is “cost conscious”
Crestliner, Lowe, Starcraft---mid pack…average
Tracker- Average, cost target
