Mercruser outdrives just gone through, new seals and impellers. Hull topsides sanded with 600 grit to remove all oxidation and clear coated .

Upgraded to hydraulic steering. Original power steering pumps removed, so no pumps to maintain , Good weekend live aboard or condo for the Keys, Sleeps 6, Galley, Head and shower, front and aft berth. Telescopic outriggers. Halon fire suppression in engine room, search light, windless, new batteries, 12 volt fridge, Guest automatic battery charger. Head, stand up shower, with macerator Y valve and pump out fitting.. Fresh water system with 50 gal water storage, electric water heater and heat exchanger off engine. Microwave, coffee pot. depth / fish finder. VHF antennas are fairly new and in like new condition. water pump needs on / off switch replaced.
