"Interlude" is a 1989 35’ Ericson Mark III. Offering a sophisticated hull design; with wide decks, a spacious cockpit, and top-of-the-line deck hardware that accent her ease of handling. Her spacious cabin can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably below with 6'-2" headroom. The teak interior is finished with burgundy cushions and a teak & holly cabin sole. The U-shaped galley offers a deep stainless sink, fresh & saltwater foot pumps, pressured water system, propane range and ample storage with counter tops on starboard side. On portside is the U-shaped dinette that converts into a double berth, forward of the navigation station, just aft of the double quarter berth with opening port & vent. The head located forward on portside offers a separate stand-up shower with stainless sink and vacu-flush toilet. The private v-berth/stateroom has a dressing area with seat, unique hanging locker, storage cuddies, drawers and shelves & a very comfortable double berth. The main cabin is warm & charming offering a perfectly comfortable interior for your cruising and entertaining enjoyment.

The interior offers plenty of teak throughout and starting forward you will find a large v-berth that can sleep 2 with plenty of storage. Port side aft of v-berth is a large head with separate shower stall. The salon features a large u-shaped dinette that can seat up to 6 people and converts into a double berth that can sleep 2 people. The settee to starboard also sleeps one. Starboard aft of the salon is a full galley complete with a 3 burner propane stove and oven, 12v refrigeration, 12v microwave, stainless sink and plenty of storage. Aft port you will find a nav/chart table and quarter berth that can accommodate one. The boat has a good seagoing cockpit with custom teak grating, dodger and bimini, cockpit cushions and hot/cold water pressure.
