Her 3-stateroom interior is tastefully finished with teak cabinetry and woodwork throughout. A slide-out settee in the small guest stateroom aft of the salon converts into a double berth. There are 3 heads are all fitted with separate shower stalls. The Californian 48 MY has a 3-stateroom layout in an open, easy-to-maintain atmosphere. The master stateroom has a queen bed, 3 hanging lockers, drawer storage and a lighted vanity area. The forward stateroom has a queen bed, hanging locker and drawer storage and the guest stateroom has a slide out bed with hanging locker and drawer storage as well. All carpet and cushions are in fantastic shape. You will be able to enjoy a relaxing get away with all the comforts of home including a dip in the water by using the easily accessible swim platform by walking through the transom door and using the access ladder. For those really hot afternoons when it might be too hot outside turn on your air conditioning enjoy the cool comfort of the cabin and aft cabin while watching your favorite movie on one of the 2 TVs/VCRs. You will be a little more comfortable in your self enclosed shower when cleaning up to get ready to cook your favorite dinner in the galley equipped with sink, electric stove, convection oven, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The washer and dryer make cleaning the clothes from the day very convenient. If it looks like rain, the full camper canvas enclosure will help you continue with your plans. For early and later in the season the built in heating system will allow you to use your boat more in a season. This boat is loaded with all the equipment you will need to start your season off right. It is in great shape.

The flush-deck styling of the 48 MY has aged well over the years. She is constructed on an easily driven modified –V hull with a shallow keel and relatively narrow beam. The aft deck and flybridge are quite spacious. The aft deck has an ultra leather couch, table with 4 chairs, wet bar, refrigerator/icemaker. The large custom bridge has new cushions as well.
