The 2855 Ciera Sundridge is a practical family cruiser with a mid-cabin floorplan and a rather innovative salon layout. Bayliner engineers designed a wraparound dinette lounge for this model with a removable jump seat for access to the V-berth--a great entertaining arrangement with pit-style seating for a crowd. The dinette converts in the normal fashion to a double berth, and both the forward and mid-cabin sleeping areas are fitted with privacy curtains. Topside, a big L-shaped lounge seat (with removable table) provides guest seating opposite the helm. A shower is built into the transom, and a fold down ladder is available for swimmers. Hull construction is solid fiberglass and a wide 9-foot 6-inch beam results in a rather roomy boat both above and below. While she's fairly light compared with other similar boats her size, she rides quite well in a chop thanks to her moderately deep-V hull design.
