Research 2014 - Windy Boats - SR26

The new Windy SR 26 has been designed from the ground up as a bespoke yacht tender. It is not a boat that is in production and has been tweaked to look like a yacht tender, every part of the boat has been thought through and laid out to offer the best solutions for yacht owners. The hull is of a deep V monohedron construction for good offshore performance and the fixtures and fittings on the boat are all of superior quality.

Many of the features that would be on the option list of any other boat are all part of the standard specification for this boat. Nomen's cleats, electrical anchor winch with stainless chain, onboard shower, hose points in the forward locker for washing down the boat, courtesy LED lights and lollipop boarding poles are all standard items.

A neat bench / seat design has been developed to offer the ability to carry more passengers if necessary, or to be able to carry fewer passengers in more comfort.


The standard spray canopy enables guests to be transported in comfort even during inclement conditions. The hood can also be made longer upon request with an additional hoop to fit into the rails.

Color variations
The standard boat is in white gel coat, although we can do all Reinhold Gel colors upon request. The upholstery is Silvertex waterproof fabric, which comes in a range of approximately 50 colors

Console
The console has been designed to be fully folding, to enable the boat to be stored in garages of only 1.5m in height, yet still be high enough when deployed to be at the perfect driving height.

The console also offers an easy working space for the skipper with all dials and touch screens within easy reach, with good handholds and a comfortable driving position.
