"Sunsation Boats’ fine 32-foot, twin-engine XRT delivers form and function—in a big way." Powerboat Magazine
With plenty of performance attitude and edge, the XRT package includes an aviation style dash-and-instrument layout and F-16-style quarter canopies. Features include transom plates, acrylic dressed bilge drains and painted/etched I.D. plates, as well Big-Gun exhaust.
Sunsation designed the F-16 style canopies on this boat with a specific objective of offering an undistorted site line. They accomplished this because the driver and navigator will be looking slightly over the lip of the canopies while having a wind shear line above the head. Sunsation found the most common complaint amongst owners of canopy style boats is that their vision is obscured and distorted when looking through the wrap glass. That won't happen in the XRT .
The XRT utilizes Sunsation's spacious "soft" cabin with a frosted acrylic cabin entrance door. The cockpit boasts a McLeod interior with manual dropout-bottom bolsters and a sculpted rear bench. The XRT package makes for a lighter boat that can accommodate higher drive heights resulting in an excellent boat for the pure performance minded boater.
The XRT model made it's debut at the 2009 Miami International boat show; where it was the talk of the show. The XRT's popularity hasn't slowed and has found a solid home in Sunsation's Award winning Product lineup.
