This 380 Aft Cabin sport yacht, FRATT HOUSE, is an excellent example of Sea Ray’s popular aft cabin models. It is powered by Caterpillar 3126TA inboard engines with about 1570 hours. Many upgrades have been added over the last 2 years including a new VHF radio, generator battery, and stainless steel anchor in 2019. In 2020 new bridge and aft deck Isinglass, new engine batteries, alternator, water pump belts, new cutlass bearings, and windlass were all added.
