We are selling this for one of our service customers who needs a quick sale. They have put upwards of 50K in recent renovations, but must sacrifice now! This is a nice example of a very sought after make and model.

The Luhrs 3400 Motor Yacht is best known as a spacious, family cruiser. Built on an easy riding modified V-hull she offers a wide beam, roomy interior and large flybridge. The interior offers a family sized galley and dinette, wraparound windows in the salon, complete entertainment center and a wraparound island berth in the stateroom. The flybridge offers a convenient walk-through to the foredeck. This particular boat has many new upgrades and is very clean and cared for.

TOPSIDES
The 3400 Motoryacht features an attractive profile and unique innovations that make this model versatile and comfortable.

The large flybridge includes an abundance of seating, with a captain's chair and large wrap-around starboard-side lounge, plus a wet bar and additional room for deck chairs or cushions in the aft bridge area. Completely enclosed by a tall bimini and isinglass, the bridge is well-sheltered/shaded for any weather.

At the centerline of the bridge, a staircase leads to the foredeck, making for easy access for handling lines.

At the cockpit level, there's plenty of freeboard and the extended bridge overhang provides some extra shelter/shade, for the salon door entry.

DOWN BELOW
The bridge access to the foredeck allows for a wider salon and the extra room makes for more comfort and legroom.

Entering the salon through the sliding door, a convertible settee is to starboard and the built-in entertainment center and an armchair are portside. One step down and forward leads to a comfortable c-shaped dinette to port, with the convenient galley to starboard. Two more steps down and forward brings you to the stateroom level, with a pedestal berth and double hanging lockers found in the private stateroom. The head compartment, with toilet & vanity and a private shower compartment is opposite, to starboard.

Large side and forward windows provide plenty of natural light in the salon, with drapes allowing plenty of privacy. Carpet has been updated and the interior is in very good condition.
