Family Cuddy for Fall CampingPowered by a 4.3 Mercruiser which we will gladly demonstrate. Perfect for camping, watersports,and fishing. Has a small galley set up on deck with sink, stove, and ice box with fold up table for picnicking. Super nice interior with fold up foot rest for port passenger seating and the port seating lays down for sunbathing or sleeping. The jump seat cushions are removable for fishing or boarding. There is a lot of storage throughout boat. The canvas convertible top is in great condition. The cuddy is clean and the upholstery and headliner are in good condition as is the sun hatch. There is a porta potty included. The boat has a molded in swin deck that extends over the outdrive to make it safe and easy to re-board the vessel. A suitable aluminum prop is included but not pictured. we will ad this prop and picture soon. The outdrive looks so clean it most likeley was not left in the water often and probably was used in freshwater or rinsed well if ever in salt water. There is a stereo and fish finder incuded and pictured. It is rated for 9 people or 1380 lbs. That is a high rating for a 22' boat. The Galvanized Roller trailer with surge brakes shown is included for an additional $900 or a suitable used painted trailer will be included at no additional charge. LML 7.15.11
