The hull is solid and the rail is firm. Gelcoat is in good condition: Cockpit upholstory is fresh and dash is clean. Canvass is recent as are parts of the isinglass. The interior could use a good cleaning: there are signs of old leak damage in the forward area. In the engine area, the hoses & exhausts appear to be clean & recent.

This vessel was aquired by lien sale: there are no maintainence records and the vessel has not been started due to the batteries condition. Mechanical inspections by qualified personel will be allowed.
