Owner anxious!  Great deal!!  The Uniflite 42 Double Cabin was one of the early production motor yachts to be designed with a raised, full-width aft deck and remains popular today in the used market because of their sturdy construction, open accommodation plan and conservative lines.  This 42 is the MK II Special Edition with the updated interior layout and a $25,000 custom hard-top.  Her large fully-enclosed aft-deck give you lots of room for outside seating, easy access to both side-decks, a stern entry and integral stairs to the bridge.  Her full beam salon has a couch, 2 matching chairs w/ottomans, entertainment center and plenty of storage.  Her galley-down is set up with a full size refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Sea Gull water purifier for tap water and ice-maker and a double SS sink.  Port side forward is the spacious dinette with a custom table that converts to a berth.  Her woodwork throughout the salon, galley and dinette areas lends a warm comfortable feeling.  Her forward cabin has a full-size island berth, vanity, full-size closet and an adjacent vacu-flush head with shower.  Her aft master-cabin has a custom HMC mattress on the island berth, loads of counter space port and starboard, twin closets and a vacu-flush head with full-size shower and bath tub.  The bridge has twin helm seats and 2-cushioned deck boxes for storage and seating.  Electronics include Robertson auto-pilot, Furuno NavNet color radar, Northstar 952X plotter, VHF, engine Flo-Scans, hailer and remote spotlight.  She is further equipped with 2-zone AC/heat with electronic controls, bow thruster, line cutters, KVH Satellite TV, 20-gallon SS hot water heater, shore power, new windlass and a custom winter canvas.  She is powered by T- FWC 350 HP Crusader 454s with 700 hours upgraded to electronic ignition, with Glendenning synchronizers, oil exchange system for engines and generator and a simplified engine winterization system, She is equipped with a 7.5 kw Westerbeke  genset with 640 hours.  She has a rigid hull Zodiac with a 40-HP Four Stroke Yamaha and is equipped with an electric davit to launch/retrieve her.

Enter the enclosed and carpeted aft deck via wing doors or the centerline ladder up from the swim platform. Down a couple of steps into the spacious salon with rich teak finish throughout. The fully equipped galley is down to starboard with full size refrigerator. The large convertible U shaped dining table is opposite to port. The large island berth guest stateroom is forward with an adjacent head and shower. The Queen centerline master stateroom is aft with vanity, ample storage and a head with separate tub and stall shower. Both heads are vacuflush.
