Actual Location: Aventura, FL
The flush deck profile of the Bertram 42 MY--with the flybridge aft and the lower helm forward on the aft deck--is seldom seen nowadays, but back in the 1970s this was the way most contemporary motor yachts were designed. One of the few deep-V motor yachts ever produced, the Bertram 42 was built on the same hull used in the production of the Bertram 42 Convertible. The salon floor plan of the 42 MY is quite unusual; by placing the forward companionway to starboard, space in the mid-level galley is vastly enlarged and the salon seems unusually open. Note the teak interior. (replacing the original simulated mica woodwork), and a queen berth replaced the single beds in the master stateroom With her proven deep-V hull, the Bertram 42 can handle sea conditions that keep other motor yachts her size in port. Please submit any and ALL offers - your offer may be accepted! WOW is all I can say.. If you can think about it this boat has it and ready working and ready to go. With these 2006 Yanmars cruise at 22 knts and burn 23 gals /hr... This baby will run up to 27 knts!! The only thing the boat lacks is a dishwasher and clothes washer... ( Insert sexist puns here) !! Only the second owner and has had the privilege for the last 26 years!! Worth the look!!
