This Sparkman & Stephens designed Tartan 27 Sailboat is located in Warwick, RI.

This well built, well designed cruiser has remained in the same family since she first set sail and now is looking for a new owner who would like to bring her back to her original beauty.  The Loon has been on dry land for about 4 years.  The hull is in very good condition. The interior needs a good cleaning and polishing but is otherwise in good condition. The blue cushions in the main cabin are newer (1993); the two forward V-berth cushions need some repair and or replacing. The teak rails, trim and cabin floor need refinishing.  The electrical may need work but the engine was recently ran just to show that it does. The rigging is in good conditon.

The plywood companionway sliders will need to be replaced, but the sail inventory alone is worth the price of the entire boat and this Tartan has a really solid hull. A bargain for the guy/gal who likes to buy at the right price and spend some time putting some TLC into their boat.
