“CAT’S PAW” may sound familiar due to her whole life has been spent local with the yacht club and it’s ownership has been passed down from club member to club member. She now is for sale and has been upgraded professionally and show extremely well for a 30’ cat her age. BROKERS REMARKS: New Yanmar engine installed in 1998,all standing rigging replaced in 2004 and it shows, mainsail replaced in 1997, 170 genoa replaced 1993, ACR 406 epirb 2004, simrad auto pilot wp-30/ replaced 2004, two piece bimini and dodger replaced 2003 and shows very well, 32” wheel and steering with binnacle compass, garhauer davit lift system installed 2008, cruising chute w/atn tacker, teak cockpit table, two g.p.s.’s included, two v-h-f’s on built in and one portable, custom cockpit cushions installed and look great, adler barbour chill plate in galley, custom block and tackle, jack line and four safety tethers.
“CAT’S PAW” is as straight as they can come. Seller disclosed she is probably ready for the seasonal bottom job and last job reported small blistering but none that were of concern or merit.
