Recent updates-Extensive deck repairs conducted fall 2010-Removal of all deck hardware including chain plates.Cut out all delaminated areas in the main deck-No work was needed on the housetop or the cockpit-All areas were recored with foam core material,epoxy primed and all decks,housetop and cockpit were painted with new non skid-All hardware was reinstalled and bedded using Sika Flex Compound-Keel,bolts,rudder and all underwater areas were inspected and found to be in good condition..We think this boat would impress any surveyor..
