Sundance is a Sparkman and Stephens design from he early seventies. Good displacement, flush deck modern underbody make for a comfortable, performance cruising-boat. While she has been dry stored for the last eight year she has been going through a thorough refit. New engine, new propane stove, new head with Corian counters and more. The bottom is in good shap, no blisters but it will need to be painted. The keel is bare lead.

Accommodations:

Sparkman and Stephens gave the Tartan 41 a classic layout but with and open aft cabin. Entering from the companionway you are standing on the engine box. To port is your L-shaped galley with propane stove, ice boat, and sink. To starboard there is a forward-facing nav area with more that adeqaute shelving for instruments and books. The chart table itself is wide and deep. 

Behind the engine the aft cabin has built-in bunks port and starboard. The bridge deck gives good head room. Amidships you have the classic main-cabin layout; over under bunks on both sides, out board and a folding table. In the bow the forward cabin has built in v-berth bunks. This cabin is wide enough f sail storage if desired. 

Between the two cabins, the head is to port, drawers and hanging locker to starboard.  Sundance has been on the hard for eight years. During that time the owner has been giving her a methodical refit.
