This vessel was SOLD on August 20.1970 Grand Banks Trawler is a fine example of a proffessionally restored vessel. Powered by a 120 HP Lehman 6 cyl diesel with very low hours.The hull is 1" teak planking, the decks are 3/4 teak with insdie cabin areas finished with a teak parquet cabin sole. The very finley fit cabinetry work has all been sanded and finished with a marine varnish.The vessel has been updated in the electrical AC and DC areas along with new electronics which inlcude a large screen Chart Plotter with Radar, GPS and bottom sounding with Auot Pilot at both the main helm and flybridge stations. She has been equipped with a bow thruster and an anchor windlass which enables her easy access in close quarters.The flybridge helm area has been completed with a hardtop supported by aluminum rails and covered with canvas giving the helmsman a 360 degree visible station.The addition of two hatches in the aft cockpit area give her additional stowage and acces to other equipment.The main salon is accessed through a sliding door located forward the aft cockpit area. The main salon has bench seats both port and starboard and a table located to starboard. The bench seats can be converted into beds. The galley is located forward of the bench seats ont the port side. The main helmstation is located across from the galley, starboard side. Down four steps to the v-berth gives you access to the head on the starboard side and tewo bunks forward.The cushons and curtains in the main salon and v berth have all been replaced with custom made curtains and cushons. The owner has added a new microwave and refrigerator. The main helmstation has been changed with gauges, breakers, switches and other equipment done in a teak and mahogany natural finish format that allows the helmsman complete control of the vesselThis listing has now been on the market a couple months.
