This is an original 31 bahia mar.  She has undergone tank removal and under deck refit and paint, has brand new glassteck cockpit which has not yet been installed, has all teak trim and emblems intact and in good condition.

The hull has never been painted and doesnt need to be it is in very nice condition. Bottom was completely stripped and is awaiting finishing. Seller has two Hino 6 cly turbo diesels with zf gears awaiting install by new owner or we can do it for you. The engines have 350 hours on them and work nicely they are 250 hp each.

Perhaps the best features of the 31 are it's low center of gravity, large cockpit, deep-v hull, and hard chine, all of which make this boat one of the best fishing platforms on the water today. It is obvious that the 31 is designed essentially as a fishing boat and creature comforts were considered as secondary considerations. The 31 also makes an excellent dive boat.

Estimates are that, under 2,000 Bertram 31's were manufactured, and that somewhere in the vicinity of 90% of them are still in use.
